Harlow resident pleads guilty to possession of offensive weapon in Wych Elm

A HARLOW resident has pleaded guilty to being in possession of an offensive weapon.
Paramasmy Thilageswaran, aged 48, of Moorfields, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates to the following.
On September 10th, 2021, in Wych Elm, Harlow, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place an offensive weapon, namely black folding knife.
He has been remanded on unconditional bail until December 6th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
