Harlow man fined for failing to stop after car crash

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to failing to stop after the car he was driving came off the road coming to land near the front of a house.

Mark Kingett, aged 40, of Pear Tree Mead, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On May 23rd, 2021 at Harlow, being the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa owing to the presence of which on a road, namely Three Horseshoes Road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to property forming part of the land on which the road was situated or land adjacent to it, namely a street light, BT telephone box and other items, failed to stop

He was fined £134.00 and given six points off hs licence
