HARLOW Council’s Leah Manning Centre has started getting their customers into the Christmas spirit by taking a local shopping trip to the Van Hage Garden Centre.

While at the centre, one of the service users, who will be 101 in December, offered a small speech on behalf of the group thanking the staff for a lovely day out.

The centre run by the council provides specialist day care for older residents.
