A HARLOW man has received another ban after being caught driving whilst disqualified.
Adam Southall, aged 35, of Rushes Mead, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On September 6th, 2021 at Harlow drove a Mitsubishi Shogun on Velizy Avenue while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Southall has been banned from driving for two years and one month.
He was fined £200.00.
He must also undertake 140 hours of community work in the next twelve months.
Southall was banned in April after being caught twice for driving under influence of drugs. See below for details.
Because banning him the first time was so effective... prison time should be the sentence, not an imaginary slap on the wrist that can be ignored.
How about taking his car away until he has served his ban
