THE fourth staging of the Harlow Town Centre Awards took place on Tuesday night in the council chambers at the Water Gardens.

An audience of over 120 attended in person but many others also looked in on-line as they meeting was streamed by Harlow Council on YouTube.

It was a wonderful celebration of the work by a variety of businesses in the town centre area.

The meeting was hosted by the charismatic young portfolio holder for regeneration, cllr Dan Swords, who told the audience that it was great to be hosting the awards after a years break but believed that this was the beginning of a great new chapter for Harlow Town Centre.
