FRESHWATERS Primary triumphed in a Harlow primary schools football tournament at Mark Hall Academy on Friday.

They came first out of the 22 schools that took part.

PE teacher, Mr Newborough said: “The team from Freshwaters played some fantastic football and worked brilliantly as a team to beat some very strong teams from Cooks Spinney and Henry Moore in the finals group stages. 

“This means that Freshwaters have gone through to represent Harlow at the county finals in Chelmsford in a few weeks time. 

“The students are extremely excited to be representing Harlow and all the staff at FreshWaters Academy are very proud of them and wish them good luck!
