ESSEX Police issued an image of a man on Thursday 11 November who they wanted to speak to in connection with a theft from Sainsbury’s on Allende Avenue, Harlow at around 6.45pm on Thursday 9 September.

A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft and released on bail until Monday 29 November.
