Essex Police are looking to speak with him in connection with a theft on First Avenue, Harlow, on Sunday 14 November.

It was reported that a man broke into a blue Seat Ibiza parked in an enclosed car park at Burnt Mill Academy between 10.30am and 11am. A coat and backpack were taken from the car.
