ESSEX Police has charged a man after a series of burglaries and attempted burglaries in Harlow.

Troy Eugene has been charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of fraud by false representation, one count of attempted burglary as well as theft of a motor vehicle.

The charges relate to incidents which took place on November 19 and 20.

The 20-year-old, of Halbutt Street, in Dagenham, will appear in Colchester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
