Four Harlow residents banned for driving under influence offences

A NUMBER of Harlow residents have faced justice after either driving under the influence of drink or drugs.

Barry Free, aged 41, of Northbrooks, Harlow pled guilty to the following.

On May 2nd, 2021 at Sawbridgeworth drove a motor vehicle, Volkswagen T-Sporter on a road, namely High Wych Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your blood, namely 117 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Free was fined £550.00 and disqualified for fifteen months.

Victoria Hatt, aged 54, of Templefields House, River Way, Harlow pled guilty to the following

On November 3rd, 2021, at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, Fiat Punto on a road, namely Velizy Avenue after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Hatt was fined £255.00 and disqualified for seventeen months.

Iulian Gaina, aged 26, of Fold Croft, Harlow pled guilty to:

On May 28th, 2021 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely VW Passat on First Avenue, Harlow after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your blood, 91 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Gaina was fined £750 and banned for 14 months.

Ashley Sharp, aged 31. of Fold Croft, Harlow pled guilty to:

On October 28th, 2021 at Harlow drove a Ford Focus on a road, School Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Sharp was fined £700.00 and banned for 15 months.
