Aylesbury United 2 v 1 Harlow Town

HARLOW Town fell to a disappointing defeat against fellow promotion hopefuls Aylesbury United.

Goals by Sonny French and Gavin James wiped out Harlow Town’s opener by Alex Read.

The result leaves Harlow in sixth place, three points off the play-off places.

This is by no means disastrous but they need to bridge that gap over the Christmas period.

They return to league action on Saturday at home to Barton Rovers.
