Harlow bus driver set to stand trial after passenger dies after falling from bus

A MAN is due to stand trial following the death of an elderly bus user in Harlow in 2019.
Christopher Balding, 36, of Quarry Spring, Harlow, is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday December 15th to answer charges of causing death by careless driving and causing death by dangerous driving.
It follows reports that a man was taken to hospital after falling from a bus in Howard Way at around 10.50pm on Friday 3 May 2019.
Sadly, John Childs, 73, from Harlow, died from his injuries in hospital on Sunday 12 May 2019.
