Police investigate possible “road rage” after car and lorry collide on Second Avenue in Harlow

Update: Statement from Essex Police
We attended Second Avenue, Harlow, today (Wednesday 15 December) following reports of a collision at around 5.45am in which a lorry and a car collided.
No one reported being injured and minor damage.
We are investigating an allegation of public order.
0700 hrs
TRAFFIC is slow on Second Avenue in Harlow this morning.
It appears that a car and a lorry are stationary eastbound, going towards the Clock Tower.
Traffic is building up one Second Avenue and Howard Way.

All cleared
The car in the picture slammed his brakes on in front of the lorry for no reason, then he was trying to pull the driver out and kept attacking the lorry and pulled the lorries bonnet up so he couldnt see, also he had children in the car when he done this!
Report this to the police as you are a witness.
