Update: The 33-year-old from Harlow appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 8 March charged with harassment and breaching a non-molestation order. He has been remanded in custody and will appear Monday 28 March.

ESSEX Police want to speak to Stephen Coe in connection with our investigation into harassment, malicious communications and breaching a non-molestation order.

The 33-year-old is described as white, 5ft 11inches, of slim build and short mousey hair.

He has links to the Harlow area.
