Large police presence in Orchard Croft area of Harlow

YH has received reports of a large and visible police presence near The Stow in Harlow.
The exact location is a cul-de-sac in Orchard Croft.
YH has been told that police have been there since the early hours of Monday morning (Dec 27th).
When YH arrived at 3pm, there was still six cars (uniform and plain clothes) at the location.
Officers were still within a corner house at the end of the cul-de-sac.
YH has contacted the Essex Police press office for more details.
