Man taken to hospital after flat fire in Arkwrights

AN elderly man has been taken to hospital after a flat fire in Harlow.
A number of fire crews attended at the flat in the Arkwrights area of Harlow just after 10pm on New Years Eve night.
YH understands from a concerned neighbour that the man was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
The fire service have been contacted for a statement.
