COMMUNITY organisation, Changing Lives are set to travel to the United States as part of their big plans in 2022.

Changing Lives is a community hub that has a whole raft of community based initiatives from out of school sports activities to a refugee football team.

They also provided a vital food hub from their town centre base over the Christmas period.

A spokesperson said: “We are delighted to announce that we will be trying to ‘break’ America by launching a Student Exchange Programme

“We are flying to California tomorrow to plan and organise a programme for our young people to get involved in. A opportunity that could really ‘Change Lives’”

Changing Lives recently received £20,000 for supporting the development of the Community Hub for young people to feel safe and have access to sports activities.
