Cleared-Harlow – Howard Way partially blocked by an accident between A1025 Second Avenue and Momples Road.

A MAJOR road in Harlow has been shut off after a road traffic incident.

Howard Way has been closed from its junction with Second Avenue to Long Ley/Momples Road since just after 9am.

The Roa snow appears to be totally clear but police are waiting for Highways.

YH understands that the road will be shut until at least midday.
