OFFICERS from the West LPA Disruptor Team were on patrol in Harlow this morning (Friday) when they became aware of a vehicle which was believed to have been involved in the theft of tools in the area.

They located the vehicle on Elizabeth Way, which then collided with the police vehicle.

The occupants made off from the vehicle.

Further enquiries are being conducted to identify them.
