Fly-tipping continues to blight the country lanes outside of Harlow

FLY-tipping has continued to blight the country lanes outside Harlow.
On Monday, YH drove down Green Lane that connects Foster Street with Magdalen Laver.
The lane had a number of fly-tips in lay-bys and in ditches.
YH has spoken to the councillor for Hastingwood, Matching and Sheering Village, Richard Morgan.
Cllr Morgan said: “I am disgusted by the continuing blight of fly-tipping on Green Lane.
“I have been in contact with environment officers at Epping Forest who will be coming up this afternoon.
“We then next to think of what action we can take.”
Oh dear! As a cyclist I'm very familiar with the scenes in your report. There's barely a lane in the district that is not blighted by these eyesores. Just beyond Green Lane is New Way Lane another location for fly tipping. Pity the poor land owner who has to bear the cost of clearing it. By the way, if you have reason to use the slip roads off the M11 at J7, the litter at the lights is appalling. It's all about people isn't it ?
