Warrant issued for Purford Green resident charged with public order offences

A WARRANT has been issued for a man charged with a number of public order offences.
Seya Mohammed, aged 18, of 41 Purford Green, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On August 22nd, 2021 at Harlow without lawful excuse, destroyed a watch to the value of £60.00 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
On August 22nd, 2021 at Harlow, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely Adams House, Eastgate, an offensive weapon, namely a bike lock
On August 22nd, 2021 at Harlow, assaulted a male by beating him
Warrant for arrest without bail. Basis: the offence is punishable with imprisonment in the case of a person who has attained the age of 18.
