TWELVE years ago, this reporter filmed the testimony of Holocaust survivor Leslie Kleinman.
Mr Kleinman died last year, aged 92.
He was a remarkable man and leaves a legacy of witness to one of the worst mass murders of all time.
To match the banality of evil, is the calm, measured witness testimony of Mr Kleinman which amplified the horror.
This reporter, will never forget meeting Mr Kleinman and spending an hour in his company.
On Holocaust Mémorial Day, we will never forget you and never forget the horrific murder of ten million people.

I met Leslie on the cruise ship Black Watch. Every evening I got fun and laughter with Leslie and his lovely wife. I persuaded Leslie to tell his life experians to the passengers to my delight he did. When his lecture in the theatre was finished an absolute silence. Than a roaring applause. Most passengers left the theatre with tears in there eyes. I felt so small compère to Leslie. How can a man like Leslie can such a grant sense of humour after so much suffering
It’s a story to behold and never forgotten. It’s a black period in history of what happened.
Thank you for posting this interview. It’s so very humbling.
