LOVE Your Library Day is set to be celebrated on Saturday 19 February.

It is a day-long event taking place in all Essex Libraries, including Tye Green, Mark Hall, Old Harlow and Great Parndon libraries.

Each library has activities for children and for adults.

Children will be able to take part in lots of fun superhero activities.

For adults, there will be a chance to find out about some of the community organisations and activities in the area and find about some of our services for example, Reading Friends and Playlist for Life.

Some libraries will also be running a community teatime.

We’re also running a prize draw to win children’s goodie bags, kindly donated by Forbidden Planet.

We would advise taking a lateral flow test before attending Love Your Library events. Lateral flow tests can be collected at libraries too. Check availability here.
