Harlow man pleads guilty to a number of sex offences against children

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to several sex offences involving children.
Darren Deacon, aged 49, of Potters Field, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
Between April 21st, 2021 and May 15th at Harlow being a person aged 18 or over, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally attempted to communicate with female child named Emma, a person under 16 who you did not reasonably believe to be 16 or over, the communication being sexual, namely discussing your penis, touching your penis and discussing sexual acts you wished to do with Emma.
Between April 21st, 2021 and May 15th at Harlow being a person aged 18 or over, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally attempted to cause a child under the age of 13, namely 12, to watch a third person, namely yourself, engaging in a sexual activity.
Between June 15th, 2021 and June 16th, at Harlow being a person aged 18 or over, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally attempted to communicate with a child Holly, a person under 16 who you did not reasonably believe to be 16 or over, the communication being sexual, namely discussing your penis, masturbation and sexual acts you wished to do on Holly.
Between June 15th, 2021 and June 16th at Harlow being a person aged 18 or over, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally attempted to cause a child aged 13, whom you did not reasonably believe was aged 16 or over, to watch a third person, namely yourself, engaging in a sexual activity.
Committed to Chelmsford Crown Court for sentence (Section 14 of the Sentencing Act 2020) on 02/03/2022 or such other date, time or place as the Crown Court directs on unconditional bail.
Should the children be named in this? Surely there should be reporting restrictions in place for them?
