Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court on August 25th, 2021.

The court heard that Mr Elliston attended a planned office visit on September 30th, 2021 during the course of the session the Probation Practitioner realised that Mr Elliston was doing an audio recording of the session .

Mr Elliston was requested to stop recording the session but refused leading to the abandonment of the supervision session .

What was the £8 for ! A coffee and a doughnut ! The muppet will have it taken from his benefit money and will be visiting court again after this strong deterrent. What a comedy ! happening everyday in every court , the useless politicians especially the lost conservatives wonder why the country is divided !
