CHANGING LIVES are really excited to announce the start of their new Youth Club at the Community Hub in Harlow Town.

A spokesperson said: “We hope this Youth Zone will offer a safe place for young people to relax and socialise. We will offer free refreshments, sports, music and gaming competitions.

Parents must register for them to attend the programme.
