Hip Hop Pop: Be part of their 20-year celebration

HIP Hop Pop are celebrating their 20th year anniversary this year and putting on a big celebratory production in October.
On March 20th they are holding open auditions for dancers in Harlow and surrounding areas to be a part of the cast.
Hip Hop Pop was established in October 2002, opening with one small show by a cast of just nine dancers. Now 20 years later, tens of thousands of students have learnt to dance with Hip Hop Pop, thousands have performed on stage, many going on to careers in performing arts, delivering performances around the globe.
They have celebrated award-winning moments and created memories to last a lifetime, so they are buzzing to be able to celebrate all that they have achieved in a special anniversary show.

Adult (Age 17+) – Principal Advanced Dancers
Adult (Age 17+) – Guest Advanced Dancers

As per the details above, there are many of you who will need to audition for your space in the show, as spaces are limited.
We must stress: there will not be spaces for everyone, even if you are a member, no matter how long you have been a member, spaces are limited and will be given to the strongest dancers on the audition day. ALL dancers are welcome, you do not have to be a member to audition.
Audition Date: Sunday 20th March
Audition Venue: Harlow Playhouse (CM20 1LS)
Audition Times:
Age 8-10 9am (register between 8:45am and 9am)
Age 11-16 10:30am (register between 10:15am and 10:30am)
Age 17+ (Adults) 11:30am (register between 11:15am and 11:30am)
Audition Length / Process:
Once registered, auditionees will learn some choreography and perform it in small groups to the best of their ability. Approx audition length – 60 to 75 minutes (each age group)
