Family arrive back in Harlow after fleeing Ukraine
Crime / Sat 12th Mar 2022 at 07:06am
A HARLOW man and his Ukrainian family have arrived in Harlow after a desperate, frightening and exhausting journey out of war torn Ukraine.
Nathan Rossiter, his wife Olena and son Leo have travelled for days from Kharkiv, just twenty eight miles fron the border with invaders Russia to Nathan’s home town .
It has taken thousands of miles of travel and hundreds of pages of red tape to get here.
They have been greatly assisted by Harlow MP Robert Halfon and it is from his office where we interviewed Nathan, a former Mark Hall student and his wife Olena.
I'm so glad they've made it back safely. I hope this awful war ends soon❤
So glad you are all safe and sound. I hope the same applies to Olena's family too.
Thank god your back❤️
