Police called after angry driver holds up rush hour traffic on Tumbler Road
Crime / Sat 12th Mar 2022 am31 10:52am
TRAFFIC WAS brought to a standstill on a busy Harlow street on Friday night.
It appeared that a car driver on Tumbler Road had objected to the way an Arriva bus was being driven on Tumbler Road at just after 5.30pm.
The stand off lasted for over ten minutes as the driver got out of car (see film below) and remonstrated with the bus driver, passengers and pedestrians alike.
Other drivers, keen to get past, drove up on the pavements. Some let the angry motorist know exactly how they felt.
After ten minutes, he gave up and drive away.
Essex Police were called.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Looks like an argument between a couple of drivers.
“We attended but no offences identified.”
Is that bus not on the wrong side of the road??
Is this really news?
Stupid idiot, two things here, the car could have dived into the entrance of the purford green entrance to great Leyland and the bus drivers to tend to use tumbler Rd as a race track and often bully their way through, even when there is a place for them to pull in they take it for granted that and just put their foot down, very intimidating.
Where's the film link??? The stand off lasted for over ten minutes as the driver got out of car (see film below)
