Culture Minister very impressed after a day at Harlow Museum

History / Tue 15th Mar 2022 am31 10:02am

THE CULTURE minister Nigel Huddlestone MP was very impressed after a visit to Harlow Museum.

The museum has undergone a fantastic transformation by curator Corrina Dunlea and her team.

It is packed with information and artefacts going back from the Roman times to modern day.

Each room is bright, stimulating and easy to follow.

The minister was clearly impressed.

After his visit YH spoke to the minister but also asked him what the government can do for Harlow Museum..

Would have been great if the Minister could have visited the vibrant integrated STEM centre in the LeisureZone: working to support children, teachers and local junior schools to prepare for careers in the stem industries and academies growing in the town, but unfortunately the Council closed it. Last heard of as a proposed site for some whacky cult group.
