ON Wednesday Labour Councillor Chris Vince visited the scouts to see what scouting has to offer the young people in Harlow and about volunteering opportunities we have through out the town.

A spokesperson said: “We spoke about the future plans for the growth of Harlow And District Scouts and our current activities within the local community.”
