Harlow woman jailed for driving whilst disqualified

A HARLOW women has been jailed for a number of driving offences.
Georgia Wilsher, aged 33, of Upper Mealines, Harlow was found guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court of the following.
On August 28th, 2021, at Ladyshot, Harlow used a Skoda motor vehicle on a road, or other public place, namely Ladyshot, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
On August 28th, 2021, at Ladyshot, Harlow used a Skoda motor vehicle whilst disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by North Essex Magistrates’ Court on 23/01/2021 for the offences of drink driving – 23.6.20 and driving whilst disqualified.
Wilsher was jailed for a period of four and a half months.
Reason: Offence so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant’s record of previous offending, because the offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence.
Wilsher was banned from driving for a year and fined £128.00

Should have been banned from driving for 4 years, Wilsher is a threat to road users, She should have been jailed for 24-36 months. The courts are stupid and dumb, Wilsher would be out in the public within a few months.
