Planning application for HMO in Home Close

A PLANNING application for an area of a house to be a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) has been submitted to Harlow Council.
The application relates to a property in Home Close, off Maddox Road and is asking for permission to convert part of the property to four HMOs.
There has been an objection to the application.

So yet agin thats another 4 or more cars that will use that road for parking when the whole of Harlow is under strain with the lack of parking spaces! Get real planners its just not good enough!
