Harlow man charged with cocaine dealing and proceeds of crime offence

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over charges relating to drug dealing, road traffic and the proceeds of crime act.

James Reeves, aged 28, of Nicholls Field, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On April 20th, 2022, at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of Cocaine, a controlled drug of class with intent to supply it to unknown others.

On April 20th, 2022, at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely Yahama on a road, or other public place, namely The Stow, Harlow, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.

On April 20th, 2022, at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Yahama on a road, namely The Stow, Harlow otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.

On July 11th, 2021 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of Cocaine, a controlled drug of class with intent to supply it to unknown persons.

On July 11th, 2021 at Harlow concealed, disguised, converted, transferred or removed criminal property, a large amount of cash, by means of concealing it within a rucksack.

Contrary to sections 327(1) and 334 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

Reeves has been sent for trial to Chelmsford Crown Court on May 20th, 2022 or such other date, time or place as the Crown Court directs.

Reeves has been released on conditional bail.
