Jubilee Food and Drink Festival to promote Harlow produce

Business / Thu 5th May 2022 pm31 01:02pm

OPPORTUNITY Harlow are looking for local artisan food and drink producers to share their wares at the first Harlow Food & Drink Festival!

The festival will be hosted by Redchurch Brewery on Saturday 4th June 2022 and will showcase the best local food and drink suppliers to Harlow residents and the local community. It’s an opportunity to build on the existing close-knit food and drink network within Harlow and provide further B2B networking for local businesses who attend. It’s also a reason to celebrate two momentous occasions, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the 75th anniversary of Harlow Town.

Can I promote my local food or drink business?

The Harlow Jubilee Food & Drink Festival, sponsored by Opportunity Harlow, is looking to attract over 500 attendees.  We are offering approximately 15 stalls and we will do our best to offer exclusivity to your product.

The site address is Redchurch Brewery, 15-16 Mead Park Industrial Estate, Harlow, CM20 2SE. The main event runs from 12-4pm. If you wish to stay on, the event will remain open until 8pm. Exit is only permitted at either 4pm or 8pm.

All pitches are 3m x 3m and a pitch fee of £15 is requested which will be donated to St Clare Hospice, Harlow. The pitches come unfurnished so please do bring your own gazebo, table, chairs etc. There is no electricity or gas on site but generators and gas are permitted with the relevant health and safety measures in place.

We hope you will dust off the bunting and join us for what’s set to be a fun and productive Summer’s day.

How do I express an interest?

Please contact our team by emailing [email protected] with some information about your products. We’ll then check your eligibility, and send you more details about the event.

Spaces are strictly limited, and bookings will not be confirmed until the pitch fee has been paid and a copy of your public liability insurance certificate along with all other requested documents have been provided.

All vendors will be signed up to Opportunity Harlow, which is free.
