Plans for new seating and sculpture in The Water Gardens

PERMISSION is sought for a package of works comprising the refurbishment of North Square and the installation of replacement seating, new sculptures and a living green wall along Broad Walk, all within The Water Gardens Shopping Centre, together with the installation of replacement seating and benches within The Water Gardens civic square.
