Harlow Rocks honoured with Civic Award

HARLOW Rocks have been honoured with a civic award by Harlow Council.
The presentation happened on Thursday night at the annual council meeting at the Water Gardens.
Harlow Rocks were nominated by Samantha Haythorpe.
The nomination was read out by councillor Nicky Purse.
