OVER 400 runners took part in the Harlow leg of the Division 3 Midweek League.

Runners from Hitchin, Stevenage, Welwyn, Stortford and of course, Harlow undertook the 10k run in near perfect summer conditions.

The race started at the Church Langley playing fields and went out to Hastingwood and back.

YH combined a spot of marshalling with filming from under the shadow of the Water Tower.
