WE CAN always rely on our scouts in Harlow to mark events such as The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with style and respect.
Down on First Avenue, the 1st Great Parndon Scout Group have done it again. The fence display that was a constant joy through lockdown has returned for the Jubilee.
As well as bunting and flags the members have produced their versions of some highlights of the Crown Jewels. Well done to all involved.
Meanwhile, the 2nd Great Parndon Scout Group are holding a Jubilee Party at Risden Park Scout Site

They hope to have over 140 people attending.
They also have eight of their scouts who have been selected to represent UK at events in Korea, USA and Jersey next year and they will be there raising money to fund the trip.
Pop by Milwards 1st Kingsmoor on Saturday 12pm till 4pm for some fun activities in celebration. Archery, axe throwing to name just a few of the activities.
