HARLOW Running and Tri Club member Robert Foxley completed the Windsor Half Marathon in 24th place out of 222 finishers in an excellent PB time of 1hr 33min 32sec. 

Meanwhile, at the St Albans Half Marathon John Tennant was 635th out of 1600 finishers and 1st Vet 70 in 1.53.50.

At the Southend Half Marathon Tracy Stratford finished in 471st place out of 1545 finishers in 1.51.17, Ramgwedi Selld was 1009th in 2.09.02 and Tyrone Mustafa 1109th in 2.15.38, both in their debut at the distance.

Triathlete Ben Fowler rode the 100 mile Tour of Cambridgeshire bike event, finishing in 308th place out of 412 finishers in 5.19.56.
