By-Election: Harlow Alliance Party question Tory promises in the town

Elections / Wed 22nd Jun 2022 pm30 04:24pm

NICHOLAS Taylor is the Harlow Alliance Party candidate in the Bush Fair by-election set fro Thursday June 23rd.

Nick usually stands in the Great Parndon Ward but over the last few weeks has been campaigning diligently in the ward.

We have seen Nick and his team in the Bush Fair shopping centre but we caught up with him in Hookfield.

Part of his campaign is to question, what exactly have the Conservatives done in the 14 months they have been running Harlow Council.

This is a bit rich coming from this party, when they are all Labour party instigators

Labour Party instigators, what on earth are you talking about Dan? We are certainly not.

Alan Leverett of the Harlow Alliance Party was a UKIP candidate in 2016 in Netteswell ward and was soundly beaten by the Labour candidate, as was UKIP's Patsy Long in Bush Fair ward. Probably had something to do with the 25,000 Hope not Hate leaflets distributed by Harlow Trades Union Council with tremendous help provided by Cllr Waida Forman, the Netteswell Labour candidate. I think Daniel Long needs to check his facts before insulting the Labour Party. Recent former UKIP candidates would not be welcome in the Labour Party.
