Man admits to using threatening behaviour in Harlow pub

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to committing a public order offence in a pub in Harlow.

Michael Silvestri, aged 35, of Blackbush Spring, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On June 26th, 2022 at Harlow used towards Karen Holloway and Richard Holloway threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.

Silvestri also admitted to committing the offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on October th, 2021 06/10/2021 at North Essex Magistrates’ Court for an offence of criminal damage on December 25th, 2020.

So? What happened? I assume he was told that he was very naughty and to not do it again
