Two men set to stand trial over drug dealing charges

TWO men are set to stand trial after being charged with a number of drug offences.
Dale Hanrahan, aged 29, of Macers Court, Broxbourne was charged at Chelmsford magistrates court with the following:
Between January 1st, 2022 and July 25th, at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On July 25th, 2022 at Harlow possessed in private, namely Chippingfield, Harlow, a weapon to which section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 applied, namely hand claw.
Brandon McDonald, aged 22, of Longbanks, Harlow was charged as follows:
Between January 1st, 2022 and July 25th, at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On July 25th, 2022 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class B with intent to supply it to persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On July 25th at Harlow acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely money believed to be the proceeds of drugs supply
Both have been sent for trial at Chelmsford Crown Court on August 23rd.
Hanrahan has been remanded in custody.
McDonald has been released on conditional bail.
