Church Langley man banned after driving whilst five times over the drink limit

A CHURCH Langley man has escaped jail after driving whilst five times over the legal limit.
James Morgan, aged 48, Burley Hill, Church Langley, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On May 26th, 2022 drove a VW Passat on a road in Church Langley, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 159 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Morgan received a twelve week prison sentence, suspended for twelve months.
He has been disqualified from driving for three years and fined £350.00
