No offences have been committed! How can a two year be walking along southern way all alone without his parents noticing his missing?! How did he even get out of the house without them noticing!? Absolutely disgusting!! Poor boy!

Hey The British Bulldog, your comments are highly unfair and totally unacceptable! Without knowing any details surrounding the situation with this child, you jump to conclusions! The police collect the evidence then pass it to the CPS for evaluation! Let them do their job and decide whether they need to prefer any changes!

It’s every parents worst nightmare!! It’s easy for kids to skip out and away... I remember the old lost on supermarket days and my mum would be screaming my name! No one knows the ins and outs!! Thank god he has been found and a happy ending

I felt terrible when it happened to me some 40 years ago. My wife was out, and I was upstairs having a shower when our daughter put a chair next to the front door, pulled back the bolt and got out of the house. I came out of the bathroom to find the front door wide open. I ran out into the street to see an elderly lady walking our daughter home. Our daughter had gone to the end of our street and over a pedestrian crossing on the adjoining main road. The elderly lady had found her outside a supermarket. It was an awful experience.
