HERE are the details of Harlow residents who have been to court after being charged with drug-driving.
Danny Hamilton, aged 38, of Hookfield, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On March 25th, 2022 at Harlow drove a Vauxhall Corsa, in Hook Field, when the proportion of a controlled drug, Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, namely 7.0 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
He was fined £150.00 and banned for three years

On April 11th, 20 at Great Dunmow drove a Nissan motor vehicle on a road, namely A120, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydroca nnabinol, in your blood, namely 4.4 micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
He was fined £700.00 and banned for twelve months.
