Surprise surprise, I knew there was a reason why the David Livingstone centre got closed down. Supposedly it wasn't fit for purpose for the adults with learning difficulties and special needs to live in but it will be ok for council tenants to live in there and i bet it won't be council tenants who have been on the waiting list here in Harlow for 5 to 10 years +.

Dan, this planning application involves the David Livingstone Centre in Maddox Road, not the premises in Potter Street. The owners/applicants are the Eastern Synod Trust based in Cambridgeshire, nothing to do with Harlow Council.
