Young drivers do not seem to have any qualms or conscience about driving on the roads without a valid licence or insurance. How would they feel if one of their children was killed or seriously injured by an unlicensed or uninsured driver. Having already been disqualified, a driver in this situation should serve a prison sentence and their identity be known to those living locally to her address. There should also be a Disqualified Driver Register available to the public in the same way as a Sex Offenders Register.

Kenneth the majority of drug driving and drink driving offences are from non “young drivers”. Also the sex offenders register is not available to the public.

Registers are all redundant in the Uk whilst offenders can change their name !! Close the loop hole !!!
