THE participants at the Harlow park run held a minutes silence as a mark of respect after the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 11.

Race Director Tracie Cook asked for a minutes silence that was beautifully observed.

Afterwards, 167 people, ran, jogged or walked the 5 km through Harlow Town Park.
