General / Sun 2nd Oct 2022 at 07:17am

THE leader of Harlow Labour has expressed his grave concerns regarding the economic policies of the Conservative government.

Much of the news this week has centred on the mini-budget delivered by chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng.

But what are the implications for Harlow residents?

We spoke to councillor Chris Vince.

Thank you to the manager of The Greyhound pub for allowing us to conduct interview in their lovely pub as it was pouring with rain outside.

The key message from the Labour Party conference from the mouths of Keir Starmer, Rachel Reeves and Jess Phillips was "we have to be realistic". This means a new Labour government won't do much to change things. All these "realistic" comments were to convince multinational bosses that Labour would be a 'safe' pair of hands for the filthy rich.
